FAQ:

1. APP does not display pictures

Check whether the camera light is on, if it is off, or if the interface is not in good contact, please re-plug it.

2. The product drawing is stuck

When the product is stuck, please keep the mobile phone’s battery above 20%.

3. Imaging picture is not clear

The best imaging focal length of the product is: 2cm-10cm, please calibrate the distance from the object you are looking at, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth.

4. The camera is hot

It is usual for the camera to heat up, especially when the LED light of the camera is on at its highest brightness, but it does not affect normal use or service life.
